What FitMyKB is
FitMyKB is a free set of tools for the files that online forms ask for: compress a photo to an exact size like 20 or 50 KB, resize it in pixels or centimetres, convert iPhone photos to JPG, and prepare exam photos, signatures, thumb impressions and declarations to the rules of 43 exams and forms, from UPSC, SSC and bank exams to TNPSC and other state commissions.
Why it exists
Application portals refuse files that are a few KB too big, the wrong shape or not a real JPG, often after you have paid the fee. Most tools that fix this are covered in ads or ask you to upload files to unknown servers. FitMyKB does one thing well: it makes the file fit, quickly, on your phone or computer, without an account.
How we keep exam rules correct
Every exam page shows where its numbers come from and the month they were last checked. We compare the published guides with the official notice; when sources disagree, we use the range that satisfies all of them and say so on the page, and where we can't be sure, we don't guess: the page asks you to enter the numbers from your notice. Rules are re-checked when a new notification is published. Always confirm against your official notice before you upload.
Found a rule that changed?
Tell us on the contact page with a link to the new notice. We check it and update the exam page, usually within a couple of days, and the change reaches every site that embeds our exam table at the same time.
Your files
Common formats are processed in your browser, so they never leave your device. Anything that is uploaded is processed in a private temporary folder and deleted before your download starts. The privacy page has the details.
How FitMyKB stays free
There are no ads inside the tools. The site is paid for by voluntary support from people it helped, and by partner features for coaching institutes and websites that embed our exam table.
Not affiliated with any exam body
FitMyKB is independent. It isn't affiliated with, or endorsed by, UPSC, SSC, IBPS, any public service commission, NTA or any government department. Exam names are used only to describe which rules a preset follows.
