    Everything a form checks, at once

    Application portals reject files for many small reasons: too big, too small, the wrong shape or DPI, or a busy background. Set the rules from your notice once and the photo comes out right on the first upload.

    A range, not just a limit

    Forms often say 20–50 KB or 10–20 KB. Most tools only shrink, so a small photo can fall under the minimum and still be rejected. Here the result always lands inside the range, at the exact pixel size you set.

    What size should my exam photo be?

    It depends on the exam. Common rules are 20–50 KB for photos and 10–20 KB for signatures, in JPG. Check the official notice for the exact pixels or cm.

    How do I add my name and date to the photo?

    Type your name and the date the photo was taken; they are printed in a white strip at the bottom, as some forms require.

    Can I make a white background?

    Yes, tick White background and the existing background is replaced automatically.
