Common RPSC / RSSB upload errors, and the fix
Photo over 100 KB
RPSC / RSSB refuses a photo above 100 KB (the allowed range is 50–100 KB). Phone photos are usually 2–5 MB, so compress it to around 75 KB rather than right at the limit.
Wrong photo size or shape
The RPSC / RSSB photo should be 3.5 × 4.5 cm (276 × 354 px at 200 DPI). A photo in a different shape gets squashed or refused, so crop it to that shape before shrinking; the tool above does both.
Signature over 50 KB
RPSC / RSSB refuses a signature above 50 KB (the allowed range is 20–50 KB). Phone photos are usually 2–5 MB, so compress it to around 35 KB rather than right at the limit.
Signature under 20 KB
A clean signature on white paper is often only a few KB, below the 20 KB minimum for RPSC / RSSB. FitMyKB raises the quality first and then adds invisible padding, so the file reaches 20 KB without changing how it looks.
Wrong signature size or shape

Not a real JPG
The RPSC / RSSB portal takes JPG files. iPhone photos are HEIC and screenshots are PNG, and renaming a file to .jpg doesn't convert it. Drop the original into the tool: it always saves a genuine JPG.
