Common OPSC / OSSC upload errors, and the fix
Photo over 100 KB
OPSC / OSSC refuses a photo above 100 KB (the allowed range is 20–100 KB). Phone photos are usually 2–5 MB, so compress it to around 60 KB rather than right at the limit.
Wrong photo size or shape
The OPSC / OSSC photo should be 200 × 240 px. A photo in a different shape gets squashed or refused, so crop it to that shape before shrinking; the tool above does both.
Signature over 50 KB
OPSC / OSSC refuses a signature above 50 KB (the allowed range is 10–50 KB). Phone photos are usually 2–5 MB, so compress it to around 30 KB rather than right at the limit.
Signature under 10 KB
