    Photo size

    All three ask for the photo as a JPG: 200 × 230 px · 20–50 KB · white background.

    Signature size

    All three ask for the signature as a JPG: 140 × 60 px · 10–20 KB. Black ink on white paper, running hand (not capital letters).

    Left thumb size

    All three ask for the left thumb as a JPG: 240 × 240 px · 20–50 KB. Left thumb, blue or black ink pad, on white paper.

    Declaration size

    All three ask for the declaration as a JPG: 800 × 400 px · 50–100 KB. Handwritten in English, black ink, not in capital letters.

    Live photo

    SBI and IBPS also capture a live photo with your webcam or phone during the application, in addition to the uploaded one.

    Tips for bank exams

    Bank forms ask for four documents. Write the declaration text exactly as given in the notice, in your own running handwriting, and photograph the thumb impression in daylight so the ridges are visible.

    How it works

    What is the IBPS photo size?

    200 × 230 px · 20–50 KB · white background. SBI and RBI use the same size.

    What size is the handwritten declaration?

    800 × 400 px · 50–100 KB, written in English in your own running hand.

    What size is the left thumb impression?

    240 × 240 px · 20–50 KB.
