Using the tools

FitMyKB's tools are free to use for personal and commercial purposes, without an account. We may limit how often a tool can be used so the service stays fast for everyone.

Your files

You keep all rights to your files. We process them only to give you the result, and delete them straight away, as described on the privacy page. Only upload files you have the right to use.

Exam rules are guidance

Exam photo and signature rules are compiled from public guides and notices and dated on each page. They can change without warning, so always confirm against your official notice. FitMyKB isn't responsible for an application rejected because a rule changed or was stated differently in a notice.

Acceptable use

Don't use FitMyKB to process unlawful content, to attack or overload the service, to get around its limits, or to pass off edited documents as genuine official records.

Partner accounts and the embed

Partner keys are for the website they were issued for. The embedded table must keep its FitMyKB link. We may revoke keys that are shared, misused or used on other websites. The data API is available on request and may come with its own conditions.

No warranty

The service is provided as it is, without guarantees of availability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, FitMyKB isn't liable for indirect losses from using it.
