Common MPSC upload errors, and the fix
Photo over 50 KB
MPSC refuses a photo above 50 KB (the allowed range is 20–50 KB). Phone photos are usually 2–5 MB, so compress it to around 35 KB rather than right at the limit.
Wrong photo size or shape
The MPSC photo should be 275 × 354 px. A photo in a different shape gets squashed or refused, so crop it to that shape before shrinking; the tool above does both.
Signature over 50 KB
MPSC refuses a signature above 50 KB (the allowed range is 10–50 KB). Phone photos are usually 2–5 MB, so compress it to around 30 KB rather than right at the limit.
Signature under 10 KB

Not a real JPG
The MPSC portal takes JPG files. iPhone photos are HEIC and screenshots are PNG, and renaming a file to .jpg doesn't convert it. Drop the original into the tool: it always saves a genuine JPG.
