What forms usually ask for
Recruitment and exam portals commonly want a JPG signature of 10–20 KB, often around 140 × 60 pixels or with a similar wide shape.
Getting a clean signature
Sign with a black or dark blue pen on plain white paper, photograph it in daylight, then crop tightly around the ink before compressing.
