    How to use this list

    Find your exam, then open it: the tool is set to that exam's photo or signature rules. The sizes come from public guides and were last checked in September 2026; rules change between notifications, so always confirm in your official notice.

    How it works

    1. Drop your files in the box, or paste an image.

    2. Pick your exam and the document (photo, signature, thumb or declaration).

    3. Press Prepare and download the result. Your files are deleted from the server straight away.

    Questions

    Why do exams reject my photo?

    Usually the file is over or under the KB limit, the wrong shape, not a JPG, or missing a required name and date strip.

    What if my exam isn't listed?

    Choose Custom in the tool and type the size, KB range and DPI from your notice.
