Common KTET upload errors, and the fix
Photo over 30 KB
KTET refuses a photo above 30 KB (the allowed range is 20–30 KB). Phone photos are usually 2–5 MB, so compress it to around 25 KB rather than right at the limit.
Wrong photo size or shape
The KTET photo should be 150 × 200 px. A photo in a different shape gets squashed or refused, so crop it to that shape before shrinking; the tool above does both.
Signature over 20 KB
KTET refuses a signature above 20 KB (the allowed range is 10–20 KB). Phone photos are usually 2–5 MB, so compress it to around 15 KB rather than right at the limit.
Signature under 10 KB
A clean signature on white paper is often only a few KB, below the 10 KB minimum for KTET. FitMyKB raises the quality first and then adds invisible padding, so the file reaches 10 KB without changing how it looks.

Not a real JPG
The KTET portal takes JPG files. iPhone photos are HEIC and screenshots are PNG, and renaming a file to .jpg doesn't convert it. Drop the original into the tool: it always saves a genuine JPG.
