Looking for the photo upload
There isn't one: SSC takes your photo live with your webcam or phone during the application. Sit facing a window, against a plain wall, with nothing on your head. Only the documents below are uploaded.
Signature over 20 KB
SSC refuses a signature above 20 KB (the allowed range is 10–20 KB). Phone photos are usually 2–5 MB, so compress it to around 15 KB rather than right at the limit.
Signature under 10 KB
A clean signature on white paper is often only a few KB, below the 10 KB minimum for SSC. FitMyKB raises the quality first and then adds invisible padding, so the file reaches 10 KB without changing how it looks.
Wrong signature size or shape
The SSC signature should be 4 × 2 cm (315 × 157 px at 200 DPI). A signature in a different shape gets squashed or refused, so crop it to that shape before shrinking; the tool above does both.
Not a real JPG
The SSC portal takes JPG files. iPhone photos are HEIC and screenshots are PNG, and renaming a file to .jpg doesn't convert it. Drop the original into the tool: it always saves a genuine JPG.

SSC doesn't take an uploaded photo any more: the portal captures it live, so sit facing a window with a plain wall behind you. Only the signature is uploaded, and it must match what you sign in the exam hall.
