Common HSSC CET upload errors, and the fix
Photo over 50 KB
HSSC CET refuses a photo above 50 KB (the allowed range is 20–50 KB). Phone photos are usually 2–5 MB, so compress it to around 35 KB rather than right at the limit.
Wrong photo size or shape
The HSSC CET photo should be 3.5 × 4.5 cm (276 × 354 px at 200 DPI). A photo in a different shape gets squashed or refused, so crop it to that shape before shrinking; the tool above does both.
Signature over 20 KB
HSSC CET refuses a signature above 20 KB (the allowed range is 10–20 KB). Phone photos are usually 2–5 MB, so compress it to around 15 KB rather than right at the limit.
Signature under 10 KB
