Common TN TET upload errors, and the fix
Photo over 60 KB
TN TET refuses a photo above 60 KB (the allowed range is 20–60 KB). Phone photos are usually 2–5 MB, so compress it to around 40 KB rather than right at the limit.
Wrong photo size or shape
The TN TET photo should be 3.5 × 4.5 cm (276 × 354 px at 200 DPI). A photo in a different shape gets squashed or refused, so crop it to that shape before shrinking; the tool above does both.
Signature over 30 KB
TN TET refuses a signature above 30 KB (the allowed range is 10–30 KB). Phone photos are usually 2–5 MB, so compress it to around 20 KB rather than right at the limit.
Signature under 10 KB

Not a real JPG
